Euphoria and Pain Mitigation

Remembering the emotional reponse produced by contemplating intensely sorrowful experiences as a disconnected sensation is a technique to produce mental euphoria at will. Practicing this talent appears to enable some types of pain to instead express as euphoria.

Example

If you can dredge up a memory that is strongly sorrowful enough to bring you to the edge of tears, lets say, and then you start dwelling on that memory and ride it down into a doom spiral until it triggers this intense feeling somewhat like an electric sensation in you mind, possibly with rumbling in your ears too, then try to remember that feeling. Now practice refreshing the memory of what the feeling is like but without all the sad thoughts until you learn it. If you get it, practice eliminating the ear rumble if any. Keep practicing occasionally to keep the talent from fading.
