Singularities

Mental Division

Concept

Divisions enable the formation of singularities, creating waveforms which oscillate back and forth between the divided entities.

Example

Visualize a construct such as a sphere half full of liquid. The surface of the liquid is an internal division between the liquid and whatever vaporous medium fills the remainder of the sphere.

A disturbance or outside effect would initiate a rippling effect like a fish jumping in a lake, or the ringing of a bell. A point on the surface bobs with the ripples, going between down into the liquid side with full potential aimed back at the vapor side, or up into the vapor side with maximum potential to return back to the liquid side.

Explanation

These singularities are like wave equations which cycle between possibilities. The reality of the mind is ideal so waves can continue indefinitely. If you create a division by thinking about something with focus, and then actively trying to not think about it, this conceptually initiates a thought singularity. It is proposed as a technique akin to backgrounding a process so that it remains active on a subconscious level.
